Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee the delivery and completion of technical projects and solutions. As a key member of our team, you will manage multiple projects and project assets across specialized technical teams, engage with clients and vendors, troubleshoot complex issues, and maintain documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple technical projects from inception to completion
  • Develop comprehensive project assets, including project plans, dashboards, reports, and timelines
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product owners, and stakeholders
  • Actively monitor project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
  • Communicate project status updates to engineers, stakeholders, and management teams
  • Facilitate project meetings, including internal and external kick-offs, status updates, and lessons learned sessions
  • Manage project documentation across multiple platforms, including Smartsheet, ServiceNow, and SharePoint
  • Stay current with industry trends, evaluate emerging technologies, and contribute to research and development initiatives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field (or equivalent work experience and/or relevant certifications)
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role managing technical implementations
  • Technical knowledge of relevant technologies and platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Project+, CAPM, PMP certifications preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency with project management tools, such as Smartsheet and MS Project
