Position Overview:
HVAC - Construction Project Coordinator - Associate Project Manager

We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 3 years in the construction field or a degree in construction management complemented by relevant co-op or internship experience. The compensation range for this role is between $55,000 and $65,000, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain comprehensive, precise, and timely submittal logs for construction initiatives based on project plans and specifications.
2. Ensure the receipt of approved submittals from the Architect or Engineer, and promptly inform the Project Superintendent of any potential impacts on the project timeline.
3. Support the Project Manager by compiling all necessary documentation related to change requests.
4. Oversee the timely completion of all essential project closeout documents as stipulated in the contract.
5. Distribute contract documents to subcontractors, which include drawings, specifications, and general conditions, along with any accepted alternates or addendums.
6. Ensure the final requirement documentation is delivered to subcontractors.
7. Organize all necessary construction meetings with required personnel, subcontractors, architects, and owners.
