Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hospitality Associate to join our team at Earth Fare. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Greet guests upon arrival, administer check-ins and check-outs, and respond to guest inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Monitor and manage front desk operations, including room reservations, V.I.P. and special guest requests, and ensure timely and efficient check-in and check-out processes.
  • Communication: Provide accurate and timely information and services to guests, including transport and restaurant advice, and explain all amenities to guests at check-in.
  • Problem-Solving: Handle guest objections and disputes in a professional and satisfactory manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and adherence to brand standards and company policies.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Education and relevant hotel experience.
  • Skills: Ability to work well in stressful high-pressure situations, show initiative in job performance, and anticipate what needs to be done before it becomes a necessity.
