Job Overview:

In the role of Senior Installation Supervisor, you will be instrumental in ensuring the effective installation of insulation materials in various buildings. You will lead a team of three installers, contributing to energy efficiency, temperature control, and the overall comfort of our clients' environments. The ideal candidate will possess experience in insulation installation, a strong work ethic, and a dedication to quality craftsmanship. Our team members remain engaged throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install diverse insulation materials, including fiberglass, foam, or cellulose, in residential and commercial properties.
  • Evaluate job sites to determine the appropriate type and quantity of insulation needed for each project.
  • Accurately measure and cut insulation materials to fit specific areas.
  • Seal gaps and joints to ensure effective insulation and energy conservation.
  • Safely operate equipment, such as blowers or sprayers, for the distribution of insulation materials.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized work environment while ensuring proper disposal of waste materials.
  • Follow safety protocols and utilize personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently and on time.
  • Engage with clients to provide project updates, address inquiries, and ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license and insurability to operate company vehicles.
  • Ability to complete and manage necessary paperwork.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience in insulation is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A positive attitude and adaptability to changing priorities are essential.
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and listen.
  • Proven experience as an Insulation Technician or in a related field.
  • Knowledge of insulation materials, installation methods, and equipment.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient insulation.
  • Physical stamina to lift and carry insulation materials and equipment.
  • Effective problem-solving and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices in insulation installation.
Compensation: $35.00 per hour
