Position Overview:
We are seeking a committed and skilled Telecommunications Construction Laborer. This is a permanent, full-time role that offers a vibrant and challenging work environment. The successful candidate will undertake a variety of responsibilities related to the construction, installation, and upkeep of telecommunications infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Telecommunications Construction Laborer, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
1. Assisting in the installation and maintenance of telecommunications apparatus, including poles, wires, and fiber optic cables.
2. Utilizing various tools and equipment to execute construction tasks.
3. Adhering to safety regulations and standards during all work activities.
4. Collaborating effectively with team members to ensure timely project completion to high standards.
5. Conducting routine maintenance on tools and equipment.
6. Engaging in wire pulling and OSP fiber construction.
7. Identifying and reporting potential safety hazards to the supervisor.
8. Supporting other general labor tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, candidates should possess the following skills and experience:
1. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the construction sector.
2. Demonstrated experience with PPE, construction labor, wire pulling, OSP Fiber Construction, and pole installation and maintenance.
3. Excellent physical fitness and the capability to perform demanding physical tasks.
4. Strong understanding of safety regulations and standards in the construction field.
5. Ability to work collaboratively and follow instructions effectively.
6. Good problem-solving skills and the capacity to think critically.
7. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites.
