Job Description

Murray Resources is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations and drive company growth. This key position will be responsible for managing HR programs, improving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, as well as experience in recruiting, benefits, compliance, and employee relations. They will be able to provide timely, accurate, and concise information to senior management for strategic planning purposes.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and administer programs in new employee orientation, employee development, coaching, and counseling of employees.
  • Negotiate and prepare new hires for the company.
  • Prepare the annual budget of Human Resources for the company.
  • Administer medical, dental, life insurances, cafeteria plan, short/long term leaves.
  • Administer the 401K program.
  • Responsible for the administration of HRA.
  • Ensure full Government & Insurance Reporting.
  • Ensure correct administration of the Human Resources Information System.
  • Educate staff regularly on Human Resources policies.
  • Coordinate/follow-up/maintain/complete records of company-sponsored visas for associates.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Language: Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Computer Skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, TimeStar, Internet, Power Point, Insperity Portal, etc.
  • Math Skills - Ability to calculate figures and amount such as discounts, commissions, proportion, percentages.
