The Position: The Senior HRBP champions organizational change initiatives and works to enhance the overall employee experience of our exciting and rapidly growing business. Key responsibilities include collaborating with the CHCO to execute HR strategic plans and growth initiatives, serving as the primary HR contact for assigned business units, and providing expert guidance to management on performance management, coaching, and disciplinary actions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. • Collaborate with the CHCO to execute HR strategic plans and growth initiatives
    • Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned business units, holding regular meetings with Functional Leads and management teams
    • Build strong relationships to promote employee engagement, improve morale, and drive retention
    • Provide expert guidance to management on performance management, coaching, disciplinary actions, and career development

Requirements: We seek a highly experienced HR professional with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience in an engineering and/or operations environment, and knowledge of multiple HR disciplines such as compensation, diversity, performance management, and organizational design.
