Job Description

The Talent Development Manager is responsible for creating and implementing training and development strategies that foster employee growth, enhance skills, and increase employee retention. This role requires a strong understanding of performance management principles and best practices, as well as experience with learning management systems (LMS) and performance management software.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with leadership to establish performance goals and objectives.
  • Design and implement tools and processes for monitoring employee performance.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees and managers.
  • Identify training needs through performance reviews, employee surveys, and direct feedback.
Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Additionally, 5+ years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, or a related HR role is essential.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $115,000 plus annual bonus, 401k match, benefits, and more.
