We're seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our team to success in a fast-paced, bilingual environment. As a Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for setting sales strategies and objectives, identifying sales targets, and evaluating the team's sales performance to help us achieve our sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create sales reports and present to the team to outline sales efforts, progress, and sales volume to determine future goals.
  • Lead the sales team by setting a sales plan for each representative, identifying individual targets, assigning territories, and overseeing training programs to ensure success.
  • Set sales strategies and objectives to achieve our sales goals.
  • Evaluate the team's sales performance and offer advice on continuous improvement.
  • Maintain long-lasting customer relationships and manage customer complaints to ensure we meet their needs.
  • Identify new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead-generation programs to drive growth.
  • Cultivate lasting customer relationships to meet customer needs and mitigate complaints to ensure continued business and establish trust.
  • Lead the sales team by setting a sales plan for each representative, identifying individual targets, assigning territories, and overseeing training programs.
  • Set sales strategies and objectives to achieve our sales goals.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales management as a sales executive or in a leadership role in the sales department.
  • Exemplary communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • A proven track record of sales success.
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a similar field.
  • Highly motivated and strong communication skills.
  • A rewarding and challenging career.

Compensation:

$80,000 - $115,000 per year
