Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets
  • Lead and motivate a team of Beauty Advisors to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of retail experience, with a minimum of 1-3 years in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team
  • Strong product knowledge and sales skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance and implement corrective actions
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
