Job Summary:

As a Front Desk Agent at Westgate Resorts, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and register guests, assigning rooms and providing information about hotel services and amenities.
  • Process check-ins and check-outs, handling room key distribution and escorting guests to their rooms.
  • Manage guest accounts, including room charges, payments, and reservations.
  • Provide information and assistance to guests regarding hotel services, shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions.
  • Keep accurate records of room availability and guest accounts.
  • Maximize room inventory and manage according to resort occupancy.
  • Process and post guest room charges, collect payments, and balance accounts.
  • Resolve guest concerns and provide high-quality customer service.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in processing guest information.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions.
