Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and nurture enduring relationships with customers and referrals
  • Acquire in-depth product knowledge and confidently communicate vehicle technology, features, and accessories
  • Assess and comprehend customer needs, preferences, and budget, assisting them in selecting suitable vehicle options
  • Promote vehicle protection plans, including GAP, service, dent, or windshield coverage
  • Guide customers through the sales finance process
  • Collaborate with the Finance team to explore financing options based on customer credit, budget, down payment, and trade-in values
  • Utilize the Client Relationship Management system to manage customer interactions, schedule appointments, and respond to inquiries
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in product or retail sales is preferred
  • Competitive spirit
  • Commitment to customer care and a proven track record of excellent service
  • Willingness to work retail hours, including Saturdays and holidays
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Clean driving record with minimal infractions
  • Ability to use or learn CRM software, Google Suite, and other automotive tools
