**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Consultant to join our team at The Men's Wearhouse, Inc. As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Consistently demonstrate benchmark selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals.
  • Encourage and participate in team selling to drive sales growth.
  • Build relationships with customers from greeting to post-sale contact.
  • Meet and maintain personal volume goals while maintaining an above-average quality of sale.
  • Assist with receiving shipments, putting away new merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized store.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including complying with brand standards.
  • Help monitor the security of company property and report any discrepancies.
  • Effectively participate as a member of a store team to achieve established team goals.

**Requirements:**

  • Bend down and squat to locate and pick up merchandise.
  • Climb a ladder to reach merchandise and supplies.
  • Operate a computer and cash register.
  • Stand and walk for the majority of the work shift.
  • Frequent bending and twisting at the neck and waist.
