Job Responsibilities:

The Automotive Sales Consultant is responsible for:

  • Understanding and following the sales process to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Striving to exceed expectations through operational efficiencies.
  • Providing mentorship to colleagues to foster a successful team environment.

Key Functions:

  1. Maximize Sales and Customer Experience: Adhere to the sales process to meet or surpass performance standards, ensuring profitability and high customer satisfaction.
  2. Build Customer Relationships: Maintain in-depth knowledge of automotive products to effectively assist customers in their purchasing decisions.
  3. Prospecting: Engage with potential customers through various communication channels.
  4. Follow-Up: Regularly check in with customers to maintain strong relationships.

Integrity and Professionalism:

Uphold the highest ethical standards and maintain professionalism in all interactions. Address customer concerns promptly and effectively.

Physical Requirements:

This role requires working in a dealership environment, which involves sitting, standing, and interacting with customers and team members. Candidates must be able to lift a minimum of 10 lbs and operate vehicles safely.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of sales experience.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • State license to sell automotive products.

  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
