Segment Leader-Semiconductor

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong background in sales and marketing, with a focus on the semiconductor industry. As a Segment Leader-Semiconductor, you will be responsible for leading marketing and sales activities related to products, systems, and services within the defined industry segments, for the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and prioritize major accounts in the US and ensure that those accounts in the segment are targeted.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for named accounts by providing the customer's current business and long-term plans, including the coordination of national strategies.
- Define and propose sales targets and growth margins for the segment.
- Lead the development and implementation of a semiconductor segment account plan, including designing the executive relationship strategy and coverage plans, prioritizing opportunities, and identifying targets for each solution element.
- Propose recovery plans in case of potential order shortfalls.
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Industrial Distribution with a minimum of 10 years related experience.
- MBA or business preferred in addition.
- Experience leading or participating in capture teams selling.
- Able to lead and direct front-end and back-end capture team members to drive anticipated outcomes.
- Direct sales experience in the electrical industry, experience selling solutions to the semiconductor market is a plus.
This role is eligible for a short-term incentive plan/annual bonus and offers a competitive salary range of $111,300 to $206,700 annually.
