Segment Leader

Join ABB, a leading technology company, as a Segment Leader - Semiconductor Industry. In this role, you will lead marketing and sales activities related to products, systems, and services within the defined industry segments, for the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify main account targets in the US and prioritize major accounts in the segment.
- Develop sales strategies for named accounts by providing customer business and long-term plans, including national strategy coordination.
- Define and propose sales targets and growth margins for the segment.
- Lead the development and implementation of a semiconductor segment account plan, designing executive relationship strategies and coverage plans.
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Industrial Distribution with a minimum of 10 years related experience.
- MBA or business preferred in addition.
- Experience leading or participating in capture teams selling.
- Direct sales experience in the electrical industry, with experience selling solutions to the semiconductor market a plus.
