Position Overview:
The Development Associate role at Brown University Sports Foundation involves providing comprehensive administrative assistance to fundraising professionals. This position encompasses a variety of responsibilities including organizing meetings and travel, maintaining records of gifts and pledges, managing correspondence, overseeing proposal documentation, and offering event support.
Additionally, the role requires engagement with information technology tasks that aid fundraisers, collaborating closely with fellow development associates and fundraising personnel within the Division of Advancement.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree or a relevant combination of education and experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in fundraising, development, sales, customer relations, higher education, or administrative roles.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize responsibilities.
- Flexibility to occasionally work non-traditional hours.

- Background in higher education, fundraising, or non-profit environments is highly valued.
- Strong project management and time management skills.
- Familiarity with software applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, and databases, particularly Microsoft Office tools.
