About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Minnesota Housing Partnership (MHP). As an integral part of our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support, coordinating office operations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all departments.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are also essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Coordinate meetings, events, and special projects
- Provide financial, human resources, and administrative support to the organization
- Assist the Finance and Human Resources Director in ensuring the organization's fiscal responsibility

Requirements:
- 3 years of relevant experience
- High School diploma or GED
- Associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred
- Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
