Job Summary

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Data Security and Integrity: Responsible for implementing and maintaining data retention and security policies to protect critical files and folders.
  • Backup and Recovery: Ensure that backups are performed regularly and that critical systems are recoverable in the event of a disaster.
  • Hardware and Software Management: Manage the purchase, installation, and maintenance of hardware and software systems, including servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Network and System Administration: Manage Active Directory, perform audits to ensure system security, and install new software releases and patches.
  • Team Leadership: Provide 24/7 support for critical situations and manage the IT team to ensure seamless operation of all systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • 10-15 years of experience in systems administration, with a focus on IT infrastructure management.
  • Experience with VMware and Virtual Servers, as well as IBM Mainframe systems.
  • Proficiency in Active Directory and Windows & Mac deployment.
