About the Role:

The Hospital Lead position is a key role in our distribution center, responsible for coordinating and expediting the flow of goods as outlined by department supervision. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor area performance and suggest process improvements to optimize efficiency and productivity.

• Coordinate production startups and shutdowns, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruptions.

• Partner with supervisors to achieve departmental goals and objectives, promoting a culture of collaboration and teamwork.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience or training preferred.

• Ability to perform basic mathematics accurately, including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Ability to operate manual and automated pallet jack equipment, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
