Job Summary

As a Director of Housekeeping Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze and interpret financial data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement departmental budgets and financial plans
  • Monitor and analyze departmental expenditures and statistics
  • Coordinate housekeeping activities with other departments and teams
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for departmental operations
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies and industry standards
  • Lead and manage a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support as needed
