Location Description

The Arizona Biltmore is a luxurious resort located in the heart of the prestigious Biltmore neighborhood in Phoenix. This stunning 39-acre property reopened in 2021 after a $150 million restoration and features over 700 rooms, 200,000 square feet of banquet space, and 8 food and beverage outlets. Job Summary

We're seeking a Housekeeping Runner to join our team. As a Housekeeping Runner, you'll be responsible for ensuring that all guests and other department requests are met in a timely manner. This includes running errands for the housekeeping department, reporting maintenance deficiencies, responding to guest questions, and providing guest assistance and directions. You'll also be responsible for reporting suspicious persons or activities, hazardous conditions, and providing instruction and guidance for guest and Pointe People safety in emergency situations.

This is a full-time position, and you must have availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Shifts are 5 days per week from 2:30pm-11pm.

Requirements

We're looking for someone with prior housekeeping experience, preferably in a luxury hotel setting. You should have a keen eye for detail, be a team player, and have a strong work ethic. You'll also need to be flexible and adaptable, with excellent communication skills and the ability to speak some English.
