Job Summary:

As a Senior Sales Executive, you'll be part of a team of self-motivated, high-achieving sales professionals helping Regional and Community banks improve their product offerings. By providing industry-leading solutions in Debit and Credit card issuing and processing, you'll drive some of the most exciting new technology in fintech while advancing the way the world pays, banks, and invests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell products and/or services and develop new account relationships.
  • Solicit and maintain a network of prospects.
  • Initiate contact with prospective customers to sell targeted FIS products and/or services.
  • Work as a member of a sales team to sell assigned products or services to identified key accounts.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge, including various solutions, markets, and competitive intelligence.
  • Prepare and present proposals to clients using FIS resources and tools.
  • Negotiate, structure, and close deals that meet customer expectations and FIS's ability to deliver.
  • Assist in the development of sales plans and strategies.
  • Meet sales goals and objectives.
  • Other related duties assigned as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience selling payments solutions into Regional and Community banks.
  • Good understanding of FIS products and services.
  • General knowledge of financial and/or payment solutions technology, including systems, applications, and banking practices.
  • Expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Solid decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Analytical skills to determine client business needs and requirements.
  • Ability to remain calm under various levels of pressure.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management (internally/externally), employees, clients, and public.
  • Travel is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling commercial payments solutions.
  • Experience with account analysis and billing software.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $136,000 - $225,000, and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
