Job Title: Sales Supervisor

Job Summary:
As a Sales Supervisor at Alice and Olivia, you will be responsible for driving business growth by providing exceptional customer service and building long-lasting client relationships. You will lead by example, set the pace on the sales floor, and partner with the management team to foster a collaborative and creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet personal and store sales goals by delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring each customer receives a unique experience.
  • Establish a returning client business by developing and maintaining long-lasting relationships through regular outreach and communication.
  • Utilize company selling culture and training tools to meet and exceed KPI expectations.
  • Maintain organization, upkeep, and cleanliness of both the front and back of house.
  • Participate in all Divisions of Responsibility to support overall business and develop as a well-rounded leader.
  • Ensure the sales floor is maintained and beautifully reflects the brand.
  • Partner with the team to execute open and close checklists, shipments, DORs, and overall store standards.

Requirements:
  • Previous management experience preferred but not required.
  • Previous sales experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to constantly bend, open, lift, carry, and move merchandise and fixtures up to 25 pounds as needed.
  • Continuous standing and walking; ability to move around all store areas and be accessible to customers.
  • Ability to occasionally climb ladders as needed.
  • Ability to work daily with telephone, POS, and computer equipment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
