AWS Revenue Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Operations Manager to join our team at Amazon Web Services. As a key member of our Revenue Growth and Operations team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Operations Analysts to ensure accuracy and morale in a fast-paced high visibility environment.
Key responsibilities include managing communication with cross-functional teams, identifying opportunities for improved communication and training, and assisting in the creation of documentation. You will also be responsible for pushing for continuous process improvement while developing relationships for long-term solutions.

Responsibilities- Manage a team of Operations Analysts to ensure accuracy and morale in a fast-paced high visibility environment.
- Support and implement existing team goals and vision in line with larger BPO objectives.
- Drive resolution for billing and collections issues by partnering with Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, and Project teams.
- Manage communication with cross-functional teams including Sales, AWS Partner Network, AR, Legal, and Finance.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improved communication and training, and assist in the creation of documentation.
- PUSH for continuous process improvement while developing relationships for long-term solutions.
The AWS Revenue Growth and Operations team is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest-growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.
The team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
- 2+ years of relevant people leader experience.
- Operations experience with working knowledge of contracts.
- Experience managing a team of direct reports and continually improving success-driven metrics.
- Experience working within a team of managers who support a larger team with a unified vision.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, and Kaizen Certification.
- Experience working with pricing or billing operations.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
