The Concierge plays a vital role in ensuring that members and guests receive exceptional service at all front office areas. This position also involves assisting with youth events and consistently delivering a premier experience to all visitors of the Club.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director of Youth Activities to develop room amenities and service strategies.
- Provide assistance to members during their stay, including service inquiries, travel arrangements, and local attractions.
- Manage the registration process for members and guests, accommodating special requests whenever feasible.
- Facilitate pre-registration and room blocking for incoming guests.
- Utilize the Jonas Hotel System for check-in and check-out processes.
- Maintain knowledge of room types, availability, and rates.
- Communicate room status updates to housekeeping, including check-outs and special requests.
- Handle member and guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accurate management of room keys.
- Answer phone calls promptly, adhering to proper telephone etiquette.
- Process mail, packages, and messages efficiently.
- Stay informed about daily activities and meetings by reviewing the pass-on log and bulletin board.
- Conduct cash handling duties at the beginning and end of each shift, ensuring all petty cash is accounted for.
- Coordinate maintenance requests with the Engineering and Maintenance departments when necessary.
- Uphold safety and emergency procedures, as well as accident prevention policies.
- Ensure the Front Desk area remains clean and organized.
- Make necessary purchases for events and liaise with vendors and entertainment companies.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience in customer service and hospitality, with a preference for Front Desk or Rooms experience.
- A college degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Publisher.
