Sales Team Lead

Carter's is seeking a skilled Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive and inclusive environment, and driving sales results.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide warm greetings and assist customers with product styles, features, and benefits
Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor
Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers
Consistently model service standards and omni-channel experience while coaching others to success
Lead and execute an assigned business focus area through planning and detailed follow through
Requirements:
A positive and solutions-oriented mindset
Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills
The ability to manage multiple tasks at once
Proficient Computer and technology skills (Outlook, Excel, Web navigation, etc.)
A high school diploma or GED
