We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Manager to join our Member Experience team at Sam's Club. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of associates to deliver exceptional member experiences, drive sales growth, and develop talent to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of associates to achieve sales and service goals
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve member satisfaction
- Coach and develop associates to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
- 2+ years of retail experience with 6 months of supervisory experience
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving sales growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
