- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in capital markets law and regulatory requirements.
- 2-4 years of experience at a peer law firm, preferably in capital markets or a related field.
- Exceptional academic credentials and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commitment to excellent client service and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative legal solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Orrick Herrington & Suttcliffe offers a comprehensive and competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $235,000 to $310,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
