Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of public securities offerings, including equity and debt capital markets transactions.
  • Provide legal advice to clients on capital raising solutions, including public equity and debt capital markets transactions.
  • Work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored legal solutions.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement innovative legal strategies to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in capital markets law and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience at a peer law firm, preferably in capital markets or a related field.
  • Exceptional academic credentials and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong commitment to excellent client service and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative legal solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
What We Offer

Orrick Herrington & Suttcliffe offers a comprehensive and competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $235,000 to $310,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
