Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer II

Job Overview: The Manufacturing Engineer II is responsible for creating engineering solutions aimed at enhancing the manufacturing processes for both new and existing aerospace products. This role involves applying problem-solving techniques through established procedures and data analysis to make informed engineering decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with design teams and value stream leaders to ensure optimal designs that align with manufacturing capabilities.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior engineers in developing work instructions, manufacturing layouts, and material selections.

Position Type: This is a permanent role.

Work Environment: The position is based in an industrial setting, specifically on a large aerospace production floor. The work involves legacy product lines and composite molding, adhering to a 9/80 work schedule.
