Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Coordinator to join our team at CRH. As a Compliance Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all local, federal, and state laws and regulations related to our fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain driver qualification files, including initial MVR and CDLIS checks.
  • Monitor and report on CSA scores, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of warnings and citations.
  • Oversee the maintenance of an accident register for our operating company.
  • Prepare and submit annual reports on all drivers, ensuring compliance with MVRs and Clearinghouse requirements.
  • Coordinate and maintain driver physicals, including scanning and uploading physicals to our portal.
  • Manage overweight permits and update driver lists as necessary.
  • Conduct random drug testing for our local clinic.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and other stakeholders as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
  • FMCSA knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
