Job Details

We're seeking a Regional Sales Leader to set the standard in the Middle Northeast region. This 8-state territory includes Ohio, PA, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, DC, West Virginia, and Virginia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft a multi-year sales plan that aligns with corporate goals and exceeds sales targets
  • Work closely with various departments to expand product coverage and introduce new programs
  • Define pricing and promotional policies to maximize revenue and profit margins
  • Partner with management and marketing to develop promotional materials and participate in trade shows
  • Recruit, train, and lead a top-tier sales team to optimize our presence in the region
Requirements
  • 6-8 years of sales experience in the heavy-duty truck industry, with a focus on aftermarket distributors
  • Ready to travel up to 60%-70% of the time, with a preference for candidates living near an airport
  • Established relationships with aftermarket parts distributors and the ability to leverage them
