We are seeking a skilled Landscape Client Relations Manager to enhance our team. If you excel in a dynamic outdoor setting and are adept at providing exceptional service while overseeing production teams, we encourage you to explore this opportunity.
- Build and maintain robust client relationships through effective communication and service delivery
- Oversee team members, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and task assignments
- Perform proactive quality assessments on-site and relay insights to both internal and external stakeholders
- Engage in networking and referral generation to aid in branch growth initiatives
- Lead efforts to expand contracts within targeted market segments
- Support branch objectives related to quality, client retention, growth, and profitability
To thrive in this position, you should possess:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in client and team management within the commercial landscaping sector
- A degree in a relevant field or 2-3 years of experience in landscape or horticulture
- Comprehensive knowledge of landscaping operations and sales techniques
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, including experience in proposal development
- Experience in consultative sales; fluency in Spanish is advantageous
