About the Role

As a Senior Process Specialist at Orlans PC, you will play a critical role in progressing files through the foreclosure process.

Your responsibilities will include preparing and filing legal documents, managing correspondences, and acting as a liaison to outside vendors.

You will oversee an inventory of files, communicate file progression to clients, and ensure complete satisfaction by accurately relaying status updates and escalating files accordingly.

We have offices located in strategic locations, and this position requires a daily in-office presence.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Monitor client websites, respond to inquiries, and provide complex matter assistance.
  • Respond to emails, phone calls, and voicemail messages from clients and vendors.
  • Run reports, ensure accuracy and compliance, and utilize court dockets to track deadlines.
  • Perform open-source research to identify addresses for process servers.
  • Assist in all areas of the department with routine daily functions.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications

We require a high school diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, intermediate computer skills, and error-free data entry skills.

A detail-oriented individual with strong task prioritization skills, appropriate email etiquette, and telephone etiquette is required.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per annum. Orlans PC offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package to qualified candidates.
