Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide support for batch processes and business inquiries related to Global Markets Risk.
2. Efficiently manage the user query mailbox, comprehending the scope of the team's responsibilities and ensuring timely responses to all inquiries.
3. Address and resolve feed and batch support issues, while overseeing alerts and monitoring activities.
4. Utilize essential framework tools such as ITSM, JIRA, and ITRS for updates and report generation.
5. Engage in incident management by delivering timely and accurate notifications to users and escalating issues to management as necessary.
6. Focus on documentation and knowledge management practices.
7. Coordinate with various development teams to follow up and resolve issues.
8. Assist in the preparation of metrics reports.
9. Organize and conduct Business Continuity testing along with the necessary documentation.
10. Independently facilitate meetings aimed at resolving issues.
11. Identify opportunities for automation to minimize repetitive manual tasks.
