3. Address and resolve feed and batch support issues, and oversee alerts and monitoring.

4. Utilize essential framework tools such as ITSM, JIRA, and ITRS for updates and report generation.

5. Manage incidents by delivering timely and accurate notifications to users and escalating to management when necessary.

6. Maintain documentation and manage knowledge effectively.

7. Coordinate with various development teams to follow up and resolve issues.

8. Assist in metrics reporting.

9. Organize and execute Business Continuity testing along with the necessary documentation.

10. Independently facilitate meetings aimed at resolving issues.

11. Identify opportunities for automation to minimize repetitive manual tasks.
