We are currently on the lookout for an enthusiastic Project Assistant to support our HVAC division as a Co-op. This position offers a unique opportunity to acquire practical experience by aiding project managers with a variety of responsibilities on-site and working closely with the project team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Operation & Maintenance Documentation
  • Evaluate Submittals for Project Adherence
  • Conduct Data Entry (Equipment details, Project updates, Valve identification)
  • Create Equipment Tracking Systems
  • Produce Requests for Information (RFIs)
  • Visit Active Job Sites to Compile Progress Reports
  • Assist in Estimation Processes
  • Support Basic Scheduling Tasks
  • Engage in collaborative efforts within small teams or larger project groups
Qualifications:
  • Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
  • Fundamental knowledge of HVAC systems and construction methodologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Effective time management and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and Navisworks is a plus
