Lead Superintendent Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Superintendent to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a background in multifamily construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all stages of multifamily construction projects, from planning and development to execution and completion.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Directly supervise and coordinate activities of construction and related workers.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists.
  • Conduct quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards are maintained.
  • Implement and manage project communication plans, ensuring effective and timely communication with the project team, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Resolve any issues or delays that occur on-site in a timely and effective manner.
  • Enforce all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and risk-free environment at all times.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
  • Provide regular updates and progress reports to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully overseeing and completing multifamily construction projects.
  • Exceptional project management and time management skills.
  • Strong understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles.
  • Excellent knowledge of construction quality control, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and other relevant computer applications.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
  • Must be willing to travel and possess a valid driver's license.
