Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Superintendent to join our team at Jobot. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction of high-density residential and mixed-use projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and direct the efforts of punch carpenters and laborers
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with building officials and inspectors
  • Identify and recommend project risks to the Project Superintendent
  • Supervise and monitor the work of assigned hired trades and punch carpenters and laborers
  • Notify the Project Superintendent of non-performing subcontractors
  • Prepare punch lists and ensure completion of related work prior to inspections and product acceptance

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in multi-family construction industry required
