We are seeking an experienced Assistant Superintendent to join our team at Jobot. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction of high-density residential and mixed-use projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct the efforts of punch carpenters and laborers
- Develop and maintain working relationships with building officials and inspectors
- Identify and recommend project risks to the Project Superintendent
- Supervise and monitor the work of assigned hired trades and punch carpenters and laborers
- Notify the Project Superintendent of non-performing subcontractors
- Prepare punch lists and ensure completion of related work prior to inspections and product acceptance
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in multi-family construction industry required
