Workday Integration Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Integration Engineer to join our team at Insight Global. As a Workday Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and testing integrations between Workday and other systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop integrations between Workday and other systems, including HR / Payroll systems.
  • Build and test integrations using Workday Integration Cloud Platform, Integration Cloud Connect, APIs, EIBs, Workday Studio, Business Objects, Calculated Fields, etc.
  • Provide Tier 2 support for integration issues for both internal and external systems.
  • Contribute to architecture strategy, analysis, and design for delivery of integrations.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience with Workday Integrations, Workday Integration Cloud Platform, Integration Cloud Connect, APIs, EIBs, Workday Studio, Business Objects, Calculated Fields, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience in problem solving and issue resolution within business and technical contexts.
  • Experience with Financials Systems like Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite, Taleo, or other SaaS and On-Premise ERP systems.
  • Experience working with an HR / Payroll systems at a technical level.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in REST API, Java.
  • Data delivery formats (CSV, XML, TXT).
  • Experience integrating systems with third-party service vendors.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, in writing and orally, to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Workday Extend, Prism, Orchestrate.

Compensation and Benefits:

$70-80/hr. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
