Client Relations Specialist

Hallcon is a provider of mobility and infrastructure solutions, dedicated to delivering comprehensive services for a diverse range of clients, including technology firms, manufacturers, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and public transport organizations.
The company specializes in essential transportation operations that encompass multi-modal services, integrated command centers, electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure, advanced technology, data analytics, maintenance, cleaning, and rider experience assessment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing driver interactions while ensuring quality service for commuter passengers.
- Documenting and tracking instances of late arrivals.
- Facilitating and addressing all passenger inquiries and requests.
- Maintaining regular communication with dispatch regarding any deviations from standard operations.
- Compiling daily records of operational challenges for documentation and trend analysis.
- Adapting to flexible work hours as necessary, including potential overtime during peak seasons and holidays.
- Performing additional tasks as required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- Must possess a clean driving record.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to engage with riders and clients in a clear, courteous, and tactful manner.
- Basic proficiency in computer usage and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- A strong ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Eligibility to work in the United States is essential.
- Previous experience in customer service roles is advantageous.
- Ability to stand for extended periods while exposed to outdoor conditions.
