About the Role

Netchannels is seeking a highly skilled Industry Analyst Relations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with industry analysts and executive spokespeople, managing evaluations, and shaping perceptions among the community of key industry analysts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with influential analysts and executive spokespeople to ensure accurate representation of our client's capabilities and market position.
  • Manage Evaluations: Oversee the evaluations process for Market Quadrant (MQ), Waves, and MarketScape, and other research reports, ensuring timely and accurate responses to Requests for Information (RFI).
  • Communicate with Stakeholders: Serve as an internal resource, sharing marketplace insights regarding competitors, market trends, and new technologies with internal stakeholders.
  • Track and Summarize Research: Review, summarize, and track relevant research for internal stakeholders, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Deliver Quality Information: Collaborate with Product Marketing to deliver high-quality and compelling information to the industry analyst community through analyst briefings, inquiries, and other engagements.
  • Prepare Analyst Presentations: Prepare, write, and edit analyst presentations and materials, including briefing documents, to effectively communicate our client's value proposition.
  • Facilitate Analyst Interactions: Facilitate analyst briefings, inquiries, and engagements, such as consulting days or analyst visits, to foster meaningful relationships and gather valuable insights.
  • Manage Research and Engagement Calendar: Create and maintain a research and engagement calendar to ensure timely and effective management of analyst interactions and research activities.
  • Secure Analyst Quotes: Secure analyst quotes for press releases, blogs, and other marketing materials to enhance our client's reputation and thought leadership.
  • Participate in Analyst Conferences: Participate in and coordinate analyst interactions at conferences and other trade events to expand our client's reach and influence.
  • Prepare Analyst Briefing Books: Prepare analyst briefing books to inform our client's teams of recent analyst engagements and research prior to in-person meetings.
Qualifications
  • High-Tech Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the High-Tech industry, with a proven track record of executing analyst relations programs in B2B companies.
  • Industry Analyst Relationships: Solid industry analyst relationships and a few references from top firms, with experience working with Gartner Peer Insights and Gartner Analytics.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a knack for tying product and company developments to larger industry trends and research.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional organizations (sales, PR, social media, product, business dev, and vertical marketing organizations).
  • Travel Requirements: Some travel required to analyst conferences and team meetings.
