Position Overview

We are in search of a Senior Analyst for our Client Service division to contribute to the expansion of our organization. Key responsibilities include:
  • Delivering outstanding service while anticipating client needs and proactively offering solutions for all facets of client interactions.
  • Facilitating intricate client onboarding and investment account initiation processes, including documentation for private investments.
  • Collaborating with custodian service teams to streamline client activities.
  • Acting as a liaison with clients' other trusted advisors, such as accountants, attorneys, lenders, and insurance brokers.
  • Creating and maintaining client and partner information in our management systems.
  • Monitoring client inquiries and issues, escalating complex matters to the appropriate team member as necessary across various family office-related areas.
  • Managing risk and ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance and operational policies.
  • Assisting with the management of cash positions, money movements, and private banking services for clients as required.
Candidate Profile
  • Possess 2-3 years of experience in professional client service or operations within the financial services sector, ideally in private wealth management.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Exhibit a service-oriented mindset with a strong motivation to assist others.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Be proactive with strong follow-up and organizational capabilities.
  • Display attention to detail while maintaining a comprehensive view of tasks.
  • Effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Thrive in collaborative environments and communicate proficiently with a diverse range of stakeholders.
