Key Responsibilities:
- Assist multiple wealth advisors with reporting and analytical tasks related to client engagement activities.
- Collaborate with the quantitative analysis team to deliver portfolio assessments that support the client engagement process.
- Engage with tax and estate planning specialists to enhance business development efforts.
- Prepare detailed responses for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) aimed at new client opportunities.
- Utilize proprietary and licensed software and databases to evaluate prospective clients' financial circumstances.
- Receive training and develop proficiency in asset allocation modeling, investment portfolio evaluation, fixed income portfolio assessment, and tax transition portfolio analysis relevant to prospective client accounts.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree; a quantitative field of study is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated interest in sales and client service.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude and a strong sense of urgency.
- Goal-oriented with a self-motivated approach.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- High proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Must achieve CFP license within three years of employment.

Securities licenses will not generally be obtained or maintained unless deemed necessary by the company to fulfill the responsibilities of this position.
