Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Representative to develop and grow our automotive and industrial accounts in the Northern California region. This is an exceptional opportunity for a self-motivated sales professional to represent a market leader in automotive refinishing and contribute to the company's continued growth.

Your primary responsibilities will include delivering product demonstrations, providing product expertise, and cultivating customer relationships. The position requires extensive driving and occasional out-of-town travel (25-50%) primarily for cold calling on automotive & industrial accounts. In-depth industry training will be provided to ensure your success, but prior outside sales experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • BUILDING customer relationships
  • Extensive driving and some out-of-town travel

Compensation and Benefits:

$55,000 - $65,000 per year plus commission and car allowance. Additionally, you'll have access to comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
