Key Responsibilities

The Business Manager Trainee will learn all aspects of our business to drive sales margins and enhance our team's abilities. Starting with entry-level sales and account management, progress into training and developing roles, and transition into an office support manager over the next year to 18 months. In addition, the Business Manager Trainee will participate in our ongoing expansion opportunities.

  • Master CRM systems and databases to optimize sales profits.
  • Analyze market trends and territories for efficiency.
  • Educate clients' consumers on products, promotions, and brand benefits.
  • Become an expert negotiator and closer to increase company sales revenue.
  • Maintain accurate customer information and accounts managed.
  • Develop training techniques by shadowing senior management and train new team members effectively.
  • In 6-8 months, create consistency in team member production and develop professionalism and skill to increase retention.
  • In 1 year, establish office organization and backend support needs such as payroll and human resources.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or leadership.
Estimated Salary

$50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
