Job Overview

This role involves providing exceptional customer service and technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist corporate clients with technical issues related to Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 7, Windows 10, Windows 11), Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office365), and mobile devices.
  • Troubleshoot common IT problems, including VPN connectivity issues and remote access connectivity problems.
  • Utilize Active Directory database to reset network passwords and assist users in adding and changing network printers.
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations, as well as policies and procedures of iT1.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years' experience in a call center or service desk environment.
  • Knowledge of PC hardware and software applications, including Operating Systems: Windows 7, Windows 10, and Windows 11.
  • Familiarity with Office 365 Support, user creations/terminations, end-user self-service tools, cloud support – multiple device data syncing, and AutoTask or other ticketing systems.
  • Effective troubleshooting and documentation skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Physical Demands

The successful candidate will be required to sit at a computer for 8 hours per day and keyboard for extended periods. Near vision, speaking, and hearing requirements are also necessary for this role.
