KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Welcome and assist customers as they arrive, guiding them through the sales process.

  • Establish strong relationships with customers.

  • Proven customer service skills and a successful sales history.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Able to persuade and navigate customer objections during the sales process.
  • Persistent, competitive, and possesses a strong work ethic.
  • Professional appearance is essential.
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
