Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every interaction
  • Direct customers to the appropriate department or resource, building strong relationships and trust
  • Schedule appointments and manage follow-up activities to ensure seamless customer journeys
  • Utilize various computer platforms and systems to efficiently manage customer interactions
  • Attend and complete required training and department meetings to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices
  • Ensure regular and predictable attendance to meet business needs
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively on multiple platforms
  • Prior experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is highly valued
  • One year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Sales skills, great communication, and excellent customer service skills are essential
  • Organization and thorough follow-up skills are necessary to stay in touch with clients prior to and after the sale
  • A current valid driver's license is required for all employees
  • Mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
