Job Summary:

As a CNA Field Support Specialist at PACS Inc, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our CNA field staff. You will be responsible for receiving callouts, reassigning patient visits, and updating schedules in our database.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive callouts from CNA field staff and reassign patient visits as needed
  • Ensure daily schedules are complete and updated in our database
  • Respond to phone calls from all disciplines, family members, and referral sources
  • Assist with new-hire orientations for CNA field staff
  • Complete weekly reports and participate in weekly meetings with direct supervisor
  • Review and export visits in our database, communicate with CNAs, and report to supervisor
Qualifications:
  • Certification as a CNA & HHA in the state of California
  • Ability to work well within a team environment and independently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Prior hospice experience is preferred, but not required
  • Strong familiarity with computer applications and spreadsheets
